Robert Kloss reviews a story by Robert Kloss
from [C:] an mlp stamp stories anthology

Not since Herman Melville mounded New England streets and flatbed trucks with the “rotten” and “shot through” bodies of alligators in his lost Piazza Tale, “A Clown Story”, has our literature been so infused with the leather-armored bodies of our reptilian others. In his new 50 word “stamp story”  Robert Kloss has stepped boldly forward to shape a long and no doubt fruitful career as a sort of mid-western Bruno Shulz with his oaky cadences and grim atmospherics filled with the “hissing” of our “black water” swimming forefathers.
